Reach Eligibility Criteria

Mentors

  • 1 full year commitment
  • Able to attend training sessions, workshops and events
  • Mandatory attendance of coaching and matching sessions, with a 30-day notice period provided.
  • First mentoring session to take place within 6 weeks of matching
  • Minimum 1-hour session every six weeks
  • Minimum 15 years experience in the workforce and at least 5 years of managerial experience, ages 37 onwards
  • Previous mentoring experience
  • Relevant community or youth development engagement
  • Biography required for participation
  • Repeat mentors welcome
  • The management reserves the right to accept or decline any of the applicants
  • Being matched with a mentee is not guaranteed and is subject to meeting individual matching criteria

Mentees

  • 1 full year commitment
  • Able to attend training sessions, workshops and events
  • Minimum 1-hour session every six weeks
  • Mentees can only be Employed Female professionals
  • If Mentee is not currently employed, she needs to show proof of active job searching, 1 year cut off with valid justification
  • Minimum 5 years experience, ages 25-35
  • Repeat mentees not allowed
  • Biography required for participation
  • The management reserves the right to accept or decline any of the applicants
  • Being matched with a mentor is not guaranteed and is subject to meeting individual matching criteria
